The August 2007 Visa Bulletin has been released. Every category is unavailable. Still, many rumors are flying around the internet about the July Visa Bulletin. The leading rumor calls for a revised July Visa Bulletin to be released within the next 24 hours. The scope of the Visa Bulletin is expected to allow adjustment filings for the next 30 days. As soon as the DOS officially makes the announcement, HLG will post.
UPDATE: And indeed the August Visa Bulletin rescinds the July 2 announcement. All applicants may file Adjustment Applications until July 31. It is still expected that a press release will be forthcoming, which may further amend the July Bulletin.
