Last week, the Department of State (DOS) released the March Visa Bulletin As expected, it showed very little forward movement for most categories. For example, India EB2 moved forward 3 days however, some categories such as EB3 Philippines moved forward 4 months. The USCIS announced that it will accept I-485 filings in March using the final action date chart not the dates for filing chart. This was the position taken by the USCIS throughout all of last year and we expect it to remain the same the rest of this year. It goes without saying that retrogression remains a major immigration issue.
