Matthew Nierman
Mr. Nierman is an experienced employment-based immigration attorney. His practice focuses on representing healthcare firms, large companies, universities, manufacturing firms, as well as IT and engineering firms in a variety of visa petitions before the United States Immigration Service (USCIS) and the United States Department of Labor (DOL).
Mr. Nierman represents corporate and individual clients in employment-based visa petitions (Schedule A, H-1B, L-1, E-3, EB1, EB2, EB3, NIV, E-2 and TN) including responses to requests for evidence and administrative appeals. In addition, Mr. Nierman represents clients in the PERM process for labor certification, PERM audits, PERM special handling for college and university teachers and appeals to the Board of Alien Labor Certification. Finally, Mr. Nierman has litigated immigration and civil cases before several federal, state and local courts and tribunals.
