Kathryn joined Hammond Neal Moore in 2016. She has experience with non-immigrant visa applications including H-1B, L-1, L-2/H-4, EAD, TN, and E-3, as well as immigrant visa applications including labor certifications, I-485’s, and Eb-1, PERM-based, and Schedule A I-140 petitions. Additionally, Kathryn earned a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Science from Eastern Kentucky University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, and traveling.
