Happy New Year. At this time of year, we are all looking for predictions on what may occur in 2018. The change we have an official announcement on is the elimination of the H-4 EAD program, with a new Federal Rule expected to be released in Feb. In keeping with President Trump’s goal to reduce legal immigration by 50%, other changes have been discussed but, nothing else has been officially announced.
