Check out this recent article on the usage and decline of the H-1b visa published by FINS Technology.  A very sobering atricle when one considers the impact that H-1b holders had on the .com era.  Is US immigration policy creating the next tech explosion in India ? Is US immigration policy hindering job growth at a time when our economy needs it ? I just hope those are questions that policy-makers in Washington DC are asking but, I have my doubts.
