Cadence Moore
Cadence M. Moore enjoys helping private companies, not-for-profit organizations and professionals with employment-based immigration matters. She began working for the Hammond Neal Moore in 2011 and became a partner in 2018. Cadence is experienced in helping large, mid-sized and small organizations in the following areas in particular:
• Preparing and filing H-1B petitions, including H-1B cap subject cases, extensions, and H-1B portability cases with USCIS for a wide range of occupations, including IT workers, engineers, and physicians;
• Preparing and filing L-1 work visa petitions for intracompany transferees
• Preparing and filing E-3 visa applications for Australian professionals;
• Preparing and filing PERM labor certifications with the US Department of Labor and preparing company responses to PERM Audit Notices;
• Preparing and filing I-140 EB1, EB2, and EB3 Immigrant Petitions with USCIS;
• Preparing and filing I-485 applications to adjust status;
• Drafting appeals to the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office;
• Advising clients on remaining compliant with federal immigration laws; and
• Assisting clients in developing recruitment plans that meet their business objectives while also ensuring that these plans meet the requirements of the federal law.
Cadence grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. She attended the Catholic University of America: Columbus School of Law. Cadence has served on the boards of ProKids Young Professionals and the Cincinnati Country Day School.
