Arc joined Hammond Neal Moore as a legal assistant in 2022 and he is based at the Los Angeles office. He predominantly works on family-based petitions, adjustment of status cases, naturalization cases, and employment-based petitions and authorizations including their renewals.

Arc has a Master of Laws degree (LLM) from the University of Southern California. In his free time, Arc enjoys visiting new spots and restaurants in Southern California. He is also a big sports fan and he enjoys watching and playing golf, soccer, basketball and football.
