IT IS FUNNY THAT WHEN IN TIMES THAT VISA IS AVAILABLE, THERE VERY LESS COMMENTS IN THIS SITE…
BUT WHEN RETROGRESSION STARTS IT BOOMS, JUST LIKE THE CHINESE ECONOMY….
ANYWAY….
COULD WE STILL BE SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW EVEN THOU THERE IS NO VISA AVAILABLE?
THANKS! AND GOD BLESS!
Joker,
I think people are already tired browsing for news in the blog which benefits them…. after all even if Visa Numbers are available for EB-3 it is way back retrogressed as far as 2002 against the majority number of Nurses affected with priority dates from 2004-2007…. Besides the only news that would ignite the majority is to make all “EB-3 Current” or a bridge relief (recap) for Shedule A”
Like your case I am also awaiting interview date, completed all my requirements up to date with medical exams.unfortunatly Consular offices does not allow interviews to happen without any visa number.
Good Luck to all hope there will be movements for EB-3 soon
TO HLG:
Can you please give up-dates of results of symposium i.e. main issues/theme raised for dicusiion and potentential retrogression relief.
Hi,
I heard from the lawyer yesterday, that now the hospital or agent who sponsor have to pay the application fee for I-140. It that true? He said the law has changed during July.
FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WHETHER YOU ARE SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW OR NOT.MY OWN FAMILY,SCHEDULE A DERIVATIVE HAD THEIR INTERVIEW,PASSPORT COLLECTED SINCE NOVEMBER 2006 AND UPTIL NOW WE ARE TIRED OF SLEEPING AT THE GATE OF US CONSULATE,THE CONSTANT MESSAGE IS THAT OUR PRIORITY DATE OF OCTOBER 2005 IS NOT CURRENT DESPITE THE FACT THAT THEY KNOW THAT AND STILL ALLOWED US TO COMPLETE THE ENTIRE CONSULAR PROCESSING ONLY WAITING FOR VISA PICK.MAY GOD HELP US;THE SITUATION IS MORE THAN FRUSTRATION.I ONLY HOPE BEFORE WE ALL GROW GRAY HAIR SOME GROUP OF PEOPLE WE ADVOCATE FOR OUR COURSE AND HELP US OUT,RIGHT NOW WHAT MOST ADVOATE ARE FOCUSING ON IS PRETTY MUCH H-1B VISA AND THE LIKE.THEY OFTEN FORGET ABOUT THE AGONY OF OTHER GROUP.
GABRIEL
Hammond,
I guess it’s very unfair for all people who stranded here waiting in que while our documents are about to expired…would it be possible for the AIL to tackle this issue so that might help us lessen our burden…tnx
sa laktod nga pag kasulti….ayaw sa daw mi og hatagi og Int’l Recruitment issues kay murag aplod na kaayo sa tutunlan…
You all are fools, Nothing will happen very soon. al you need to do try accessing to other opportunities. This is all fools game. You will never win. US will take a decision for their people no for anyone.
Johny
DECISION MAKERS ARE POLITICIANS,THEY WILL FIRST SAVE THEIR CHAIRS THEN RETROGREESION

To HLG,
Any updates regarding the Bridge Legislation? When can we expect it to come up?
Thanks.
Hi! joker i think they discuss that issue recently in this blog. You have to make an endorsement to any state that does not require an SSN to get your license and in this case they will not erase your name in the BON’s list.
