STRIVE ACT INTRODUCED 03/26/07

Written by: admin | Contact the author

The STRIVE Act has been introduced and includes a section that makes Schedule A applicants (and their families) quota-free! That section is Sec. 504. It is labeled the “Nursing Shortage,” but the actual text of the Section includes Physical Therpaists.

The Act still has a long way to go until it is enacted into law. But this is exceptional news.

Realy?!
It’s the best piece of news I have ever seen since the begining of retrogression!
Thank you,HLG that you provide us with the hot news!
Hope to see the post from HLG in 2009 – “CIR passed” , I believe we all will be relived to read such news!

Seriously: What about recapture bill?

I’m asking that because chanses for CIR in 2007 are only 50%…It is so frustraiting, may be I should better play in DVLottery insead of lousing years with “longer but shure” way of immigration?!

With all respect to HLG,
RN from Eastern Europe.

To HLG,

How long, on the average, does a proposal or an Act becomes a law?

Thank you.

Dear HLG,
Do you think the Strive Act will go into law by August? Any news on retrogression relief?

Strive Act is considered 50-50 by most immigration experts. If it fails, good luck in 2009. We cannot sit on our hands and wait, we need to lobby for Schedule A retrogression relief right now!
