Dwight Myfelt

Dwight is an associate attorney at HLG. His practices covers both the IT and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining the Hammond Law Group, Dwight spent thirteen years in private practice as a criminal defense attorney. The experience of waging war on a daily basis against the combined forces of well funded, over-staffed, aggressive, and often irrational and heartless police officers, criminal investigators, prosecutors, not to mention the entire criminal justice system itself, prepared him for the battle we fight every day at HLG on behalf of our clients. At HLG we wage war against the combined forces of USCIS, Customs and Border Protection, ICE, the Department of Labor, and the Department of State, which have as their unified goal the irrational, illogical, and often vindictive exclusion of our highly educated, fully qualified clients in furtherance of the “Culture of No” that now pervades these government agencies. Dwight’s work as a criminal defense has prepared him well to serve at our side.   ddm@hammondlawfirm.com

Christopher Pogue

Christopher is an associate attorney at HLG. He represents any type of client that will pay. He attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating with Dean’s List distinction. Prior to earning his law degree, Christopher graduated with Honours from the University of St. Andrews, Scotland (UK). He has both studied abroad and worked abroad, and he still can’t believe he needed to pay +$500 for a visa to be a voluntary worker in the UK or that the student visa process went from showing up for college at Edinburgh airport and getting a stamp to needing to apply for the visa at least 3 months prior to departure.   cmp@hammondlawfirm.com
